This is a good and informative article. Once caution I would have is that vegan women do generally need to take a calcium supplement to avoid osteoporosis, but they can avoid reducing stomach acid by taking calcium citrate malate or calcium citrate, no more than 600 mg at a meal, rather than taking calcium carbonate, which reduces stomach acid. Knowing food allergens helps too. Meat, gluten and milk protein can all be related to arthritis symptoms for some people.

I recommend Dr. Lorraine Day's book "I Will Give You Back Your Health Again" This goes into good detail on the causes and cures of all diseases. Also, eating right in the correct combination is the ideal. When one has a disease, there is little choice. Diet, exercise, relaxation, not stressing, attitude of gratitude, hydration, and sunshine. Glen Frey died from rheumatoid arthritis drugs taking them as prescribed. Death by doctor is the 6th leading cause of death in the US. Dairy is really bad for it.
