AP: National Enquirer Held Damaging Trump Stories in a Safe

The National Enquirer kept a safe containing documents on hush money payments and other damaging stories it killed as part of its cozy relationship with Donald Trump leading up to the 2016 presidential election, people familiar with the arrangement told The Associated Press.

I think there is enough phony news to go around. And the political stuff here on Adventistan is getting pretty bad especially when one poster will hate on other SDAs because of their apparent political preferences. For every "hate Trump" news story that can be posted here, it can be matched one-one if that is where we really want this forum to go.

FBI Releases One Sentence Rebuttal To Trump’s Wednesday Tantrum & It’s Fantastic

No actual thinking person uses The Daily Caller, a right-wing outrage porn website with numerous debunked stories and headlines, as a credible source of anything. Yet, even with the most classified intelligence available at his fingertips, Donald Trump has been pushing one of their conspiracy theories as evidence that his former political opponent, Hillary Clinton, deserves to be prosecuted for crimes.

The article was so unfair. If it was even a genuine administration official, what a gutless coward and unfair to President Trump. He has in this situation no way of questioning this person, no way of evaluating this person for their character and what may have motivated, and the list goes on. Sadly, it gets repeated in a Christian forum. The attempts to undermine this president continues. Show me anyone who could have withstood this onslaught of evil from so many directions and come out as well.

If these words of Christ were heeded, they would check the utterance of evil surmising and unkind criticism; for in commenting upon the actions and motives of another, who can be certain of speaking the exact truth? How often pride, passion, personal resentment, color the impression given! A glance, a word, even an intonation of the voice, may be vital with falsehood. Even facts may be so stated as to convey a false impression. And “whatsoever is more than” truth, “is of the evil one.” Thoughts from the Mount of Blessings, p68.
