Narcah 31 Posted December 1, 2018 Report Share Posted December 1, 2018 My thought is, states cannot make laws that contradict federal law. For instance, states cannot outright outlaw abortion. Also, civil forfeiture is evil and needs to be struck down period. No crime conviction, no asset seizure. It amounts to theft and bribery. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
