A federal court in the San Francisco Bay Area has determined that churches do not contribute to a vibrant and fun atmosphere and therefore may be excluded from Salinas’ downtown area.

Simply another example of the increasing "soft" persecution of Christians.  I wonder if the judge would have reached the same conclusion about a mosque?  Given this precedent, I would not be surprised to see other towns and cities exclude churches or ministries from their "entertainment" districts.
